About this tool

Questions are the clearest signal of intent you can find in a keyword. Someone typing a question has already told you what they do not know, which makes question keywords ideal for FAQ sections, article subheadings, video chapters and voice-friendly copy. This tool converts a plain topic into the full spread of question forms — what, why, how, when, where, which, can, should, is and are — with grammatically natural phrasing rather than blunt prefixes.

How it works

Rather than gluing a question word onto your topic, Hashly uses a template bank for each question word. What produces definition and benefit forms, how produces process, cost and duration forms, and so on. The result reads like something a person would type. A raw prefix mode is available if you prefer the terse form for spreadsheet work, and question marks can be toggled on or off depending on where the list is going.

  1. 1Enter your topic in plain language.
  2. 2Choose natural phrasing for publishing or raw prefixes for analysis.
  3. 3Toggle question marks on or off to match your destination format.
  4. 4Generate, review and copy the questions worth answering.

Example

Input

cold brew coffee

Output

What is cold brew coffee? · How long does cold brew coffee take? · Is cold brew coffee worth it?

When to use it

  • Building an FAQ block that answers what readers actually ask.
  • Creating H2 subheadings that structure a how-to article.
  • Scripting video chapters so each segment answers one question.
  • Preparing prompts for customer interviews or support content.

Tips

  • Answer each kept question in two or three sentences before expanding it — that keeps FAQ copy tight.
  • Use the raw prefix mode when you want to compare against an exported keyword list.
  • Convert the strongest questions into article titles with the Question-to-Keyword Generator's companion tools.

Limitations

The questions are generated from templates, not gathered from real search logs or forums. Some will be irrelevant to your niche, and a few may be grammatically odd for unusual topics. Always read the list aloud and keep only the questions your audience genuinely asks.

Frequently asked questions

Are these real questions people search?
They are plausible phrasings built from templates. Hashly has no access to live search data, so treat them as candidates and confirm the important ones against your own analytics or support inbox.
Can I use these for FAQ schema?
Yes, provided you write a genuine, useful answer for each one. Marking up questions with thin or fabricated answers is against search engine guidelines.
Why does natural mode return different counts than raw mode?
Natural mode uses several templates per question word, while raw mode produces exactly one phrase per word. Natural mode is usually more useful for publishing.
