Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 1 January 2026
Hashly aims to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, or need larger text and higher contrast.
What we build in
Accessibility is part of how the site is put together rather than an afterthought.
- A skip-to-content link is the first focusable element on every page.
- Every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Form fields have real labels, and help text is linked to its field for screen readers.
- Tool results are announced politely when they update, so screen reader users know output has arrived.
- Headings follow a logical order with a single main heading per page.
- Colour is never the only way information is conveyed, and text aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast in both themes.
- Layouts reflow to narrow screens and to 200 percent zoom without loss of content.
Hashtag readability
Our hashtag tools offer camel-case formatting because screen readers announce #KeywordResearch as separate words while #keywordresearch is read as one unintelligible string. Using camel case in your own posts is one of the simplest accessibility improvements available to a creator.
Known limitations
Some result tables are wide and require horizontal scrolling on small screens. We are working to improve how large tabular results are presented at narrow widths.
Reporting a barrier
If something on Hashly is difficult or impossible to use, please email info@hashly.online with the page address, the assistive technology you use and what happened. Accessibility reports are prioritised, and we will tell you what we intend to do about it.
