Cookie Policy

Hashly uses very little browser storage, and none of it identifies you. This page lists exactly what is stored and why.

Strictly necessary storage

These entries are written to your browser's local storage so the site works the way you left it. They contain no personal information, are never sent to a server, and cannot be used to identify you.

  • hashly-theme — whether you prefer the light or dark appearance.
  • hashly-favorites — the identifiers of tools you saved.
  • hashly-recent — the identifiers of tools you recently opened.
  • hashly-consent — the privacy choices you made in the banner.

Analytics storage

If you allow analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics script may record aggregate page views so we know which tools are worth improving. Analytics never receive the keywords, captions or hashtags you type into a tool. If you decline, no analytics script loads.

Advertising cookies

Advertising slots on Hashly are disabled unless a publisher is configured. If advertising is enabled and you consent to it, the advertising provider may set its own cookies under its own policy. Declining advertising consent prevents those scripts from loading.

Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw consent at any time. Use the button below, or the cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. Clearing your browser's site data for hashly.online removes every entry listed above.
