DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: 1 January 2026
Hashly respects copyright and responds promptly to valid notices. Because the tools process text locally and store nothing, hosted infringing material would only ever be site content such as a guide or an image.
Filing a notice
If you believe material on hashly.online infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@hashly.online with the subject line 'DMCA Notice'. To be actionable, your notice should include the following.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on hashly.online where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every complete notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the identified material promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to notify anyone affected by the removal.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.
Repeat infringers and false claims
We terminate access for repeat infringers where applicable. Please note that knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
